Merlata Bloom Milano strengthens the development of the largest urban transformation project in Italy, in the north-west quadrant of Milan. An iconic and "green" architecture with the extensive use of glass and wood, aligned with the principles defined by the European DNSH taxonomy (Do No Significant Harm). At the center of a new ESG center of excellence, immersed in 30 hectares of parkland, with 5,000 m2 of internal and external green areas, connected to the urban and regional mobility infrastructure, it includes a large shopping centre.
With over 210 brands and 43 F&B units with new brands for the Italian and mall market, it regains its role as a social accelerator and makes the new Urban District of Milan flourish with services.
???????This Lifestyle Center in the green heart of the city of Milan, developed by the company Merlata Mall S.p.A., was inaugurated on November 15th. and positioned at the center of the largest urban transformation project in Italy, in the north-west quadrant of Milan. It is the further piece of the future completion of a new sustainable urban district. Merlata Bloom Milano, in fact, is a spatial and functional "hinge" between the UpTown residential district of Cascina Merlata and the MIND innovation district, the extraordinary challenge of the post Expo 2015, which month after month is growing in the former areas of the Universal Exhibition .
