Via Montenapoleone takes the podium as the third most expensive shopping street in the world. And, with its average rents of 14,547 euros per square meter per year, it becomes the first shopping street in Europe for the first time. This is what emerges from the Main streets across the world report, which monitors the shopping streets of 92 cities around the world and draws up the ranking of the most expensive based on the value of the rents paid by the brands to the shop owners. Via Montenapoleone becomes first in Europe surpassing New Bond Street in London and Avenue des Champs Élysées in Paris. And it ranks third after Fifth Avenue in New York (with average rents of 21,076 euros per square meter per year) and Tsim Sha Tsui in Hong Kong (15,134 euros).
