Sea: here are the most expensive areas !!

Taking a look at the top 10 of the most expensive maritime municipalities in Italy, the massive presence of Campania stands out, even if the first place is occupied by Portofino in Liguria, where on average 9,906 euros / sqm are needed to buy a house. Two municipalities from Campania complete the podium, Positano (8,486 euros / sqm) and Capri (8,264 euros / sqm). But Forte dei Marmi, Bonassola, Anacapri, Ravello, Sperlonga, Minori are also included in the list of the 10 most expensive seaside towns in Italy to buy a holiday home. More generally, expanding the horizon without dwelling on individual municipalities, the most expensive area in Italy to buy a holiday home by the sea, is confirmed to be that of Portofino-Santa Margherita Ligure (5189.18 euros / sqm), which is increased by 5% compared to last year. The Amalfi Coast follows, whose prices per square meter are around 4987.96 (+ 14% compared to 2020).
