Milan real estate market

In Milan, prices are still rising: the hunt for the ideal home moves to even in the former suburbs. Valuable properties on the rise !! Demand is growing: from Bande Nere to Santa Giulia and the first hinterland north of Milan. More sales in the hinterland than in the capital. The pandemic has led to a series of changes in the real estate market that can in part be considered temporary, such as the decline in short-term rents due to the lower presence of students, business travelers and tourists, but others that, on the other hand, are expected to be structural. Since the lockdown has made it clear how important it is to have a livable home, few potential buyers are willing to settle for a small house in order to live in a central location. There are two faces: those who have a lot of liquidity and therefore can afford to remain in a position of high value in the center of the city while not giving up on size and those who want to move house by focusing on more decentralized areas where prices are not more reasonable (for Milan, of course) larger houses, brighter and surrounded by greenery; and if the house gives satisfaction, there is little question about the price too.
