In the heart of the city of Como, we offer an elegant Palazzo from the second half of the 17th century. Within it, three distinct areas have been created: a very important property with its magnificent rooms, the monumental fireplace and the stuccos by G.B. Barberini in addition to the frescoes by the Recchi Brothers; with the excluded porticoes, staircase, loggia and large courtyard plus 4 internal parking spaces. The dating of the decorative intervention can be deduced, as well as from technical stylistic evaluations, from the presence in the decorations of references to historical facts in which Benedetto Odescalchi elected Pope Innocent XI in 1676. At the center of the vault of the staircase an eagle is depicted which, between claws, holds a tiara with papal keys. Inside the building, there are 7 completely renovated apartments equipped with a new lift; as well as offices and a very large garage.
