Rare residence in Liguria

Rare residence in Liguria

We are proud to be able to offer a residence built by a great master of architecture and set on the cliff of Sestri Levante. We offer a unique villa surrounded by greenery, in absolute quiet, with a breathtaking view of the infinite blue that unites sea and sky.
This property is one of the few examples of rationalist architecture that has remained perfectly intact and cared for over time. The villa was built in 1939 by the Italian architect Luigi Carlo Daneri associated with the study of the great Le Corbusier.
This real work of art has appeared in numerous articles and renowned architecture magazines, as well as on books. The park of the residence is characterized by secular pines, cypresses, holm oaks, heather, camellias and typically Mediterranean vegetation; from the property you have a fully equipped private access to the sea.
The villa internally presents itself in a “minimal” style consisting of large spaces such as living, reading area, large windows everywhere, part day with fireplace, dining room open onto the sea; all the large rooms have maintained their original design, without renouncing modern comforts such as air conditioning and external views or loggias with 180 ° views of the sea.
Internally the property is enriched with works of art such as: Tomato, Giacometti, Alik Cavaliere, Mario Negri’s ‘Chrysalis’ and much more, statues, furniture “Le Corbusier”. Other details are given by the materials used, such as green marble, precious parquet, parchment doors…. The precious coverings are made with marble slabs now very rare to find: Siena yellow, white marble or black Sweden marble. Inside the park, this unique property is completed by the annex, some small renovated buildings, winter garden, and a large swimming pool.
